OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Since 2007, CERNOIX has been controlling all productions with a HACCP approach.

We ensure total traceability thanks to regular microbiological, bacteriological and chemical tests ( heavy metals and pesticides). The tests are conducted on the producers sites, throughout the transformation process and on the finished product.

We also attach great value to the respect of environment.

Our site in TERRASSON will allow us to use energy and packaging in a more efficient way. We will thus improve our environmental impact.
